What are the LED channel indicators on my PowerA Pro Elite wireless controller for PS3?

The LED illuminations around the Pro Elite Wireless Controller “Home” button refer to the following:

A rotating LED pattern indicates a controller is in charge mode without being synced to the receiver (i.e. standard charging mode).

A single blinking LED indicates a controller is synced to the receiver and a charge cable is being used (i.e. simultaneous game play and charging).

A single solid LED indicates a controller is synced to the receiver but no charging method is being used. (i.e. standard game play mode),

The channel indicator also indicates player 1, 2, 3, or 4.
